Independent Non-Executive Director
As a Board member, you’ll take collective responsibility for Sparrow’s vision and strategic direction. As Committee Chair, you’ll lead on:
Executive remuneration and reward strategy.
Succession planning and Board recruitment.
Aligning incentives with culture and values.
This is a governance role with real influence – setting best practice and ensuring our people strategy supports sustainable success.
What we’re looking for
Senior-level experience in HR, people strategy, and governance.
Exposure to Boards and remuneration committees.
Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence.
A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and ethical leadership.
Key details
Remuneration: £25,000 per annum (including Committee Chair fee).
Commitment: 2–3 days per month.
Location: London-based Board meetings, flexible for other commitments.
