If you need to contact us or would like to access your Sparrow account, please continue to use My Sage Home. You will continue to have full access to your account and services until we launch a dedicated Sparrow customer portal next year.

Our story
Sparrow provides high quality shared ownership homes and services to our customers, supporting people on the journey to owning their home. We're a Registered Provider, launched in August 2024 by a large UK pension fund. We are driven by the needs of our customers and registered with the Regulator of Social Housing.
