Tenant satisfaction measures

In April 2023, the Social Housing Regulator launched Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). These measures empower tenants to evaluate how well their landlords are performing, provide landlords with valuable feedback on areas for improvement, and help the Regulator identify which landlords might need to enhance their services.  You can find out more by clicking the link below which will take you to the Sage Homes website.
