Hi Sparrow Customers

We’re the Sparrow Customer Scrutiny Panel, and we're thrilled to introduce ourselves. Our mission is to provide input as shared ownership customers, ensuring we have a voice in the design and quality of the services provided by Sparrow Shared Ownership.

Just like you, we are Sparrow customers. We are supported by our chair Amanda Davies, who is a board member of Sparrow.

We regularly engage with Sparrow and meet at least four times a year to provide input on the services we all use. This could involve helping design a new service or technology and giving feedback on corporate reports, policies, and consultations.

Working closely with Sparrow, we’re able to identify key themes coming from customer interactions. This helps us determine whether it is something we could discuss or help with. We hold the Sparrow board accountable for the decisions they make by reviewing and challenging decisions taken by Sparrow.

There will be opportunities to share your thoughts about various services in the coming months. We will also keep you updated on the impact of our work through customer newsletters and an annual report.
