It is our responsibility to make sure the buildings and estates we own and manage are safe – this includes any communal areas you share with neighbours. We can also help if you are having problems with anti-social behaviour (ASB).

If you have any concerns about safety relating to a building or estate, please contact our Customer Service team on the usual number (you will be redirected to our emergency support team if calling out of hours):

Sparrow Customer Services: 020 4524 5200

Please report any incidents of ASB to us directly using any of our usual contact methods. If the incident is serious or life-threatening, please call 999 immediately and speak to the emergency services.

Further information about how we address safety concerns can be found in our Customer Charter.
