Registration and log in

To register for the Sparrow customer portal, click link https://myportal.sparrowso.co.uk and then click on Forgot Password, enter your email address and date of birth and follow the instructions.

If you’ve already registered for the Sparrow customer portal please enter your username and password.

The Sparrow customer portal offers help and guidance about your home. This includes options for increasing your property share (staircasing), selling your home and raising communal repairs.

This section lets you submit requests to modify your direct debits, make one-off payments and review your account balance. You can also reach out to us for financial assistance.
