We're inviting customers to apply for our Customer Scrutiny Panel (CSP) — a powerful group of residents who help us challenge, improve, and shape the way Sparrow works.

The CSP plays a vital role in holding us accountable, reviewing our services, and making sure your voice is at the heart of every decision. It’s part of our commitment to the Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard, ensuring customers can influence how we deliver services and measure performance.


What does the panel do?

The CSP is an independent group of customers who:
  • Review and challenge how we deliver services

  • Carry out in-depth service reviews and make recommendations

  • Monitor performance and customer satisfaction

  • Help us improve transparency, value for money, and accountability

  • Represent the voices of customers across our communities
