We’re trialling something new—and we’d love your help.
We’re running a four-week trial of pulse surveys to hear how things went after you’ve spoken to our customer services team.
If you’ve spoken to us recently, you might get a text message asking how it went. It’s short, quick, and helps us learn fast.
Great service starts with listening. We’re testing how live feedback can help us spot issues faster, celebrate what’s going well, and make changes that matter. And once we’ve learned what works, we’ll roll it out more widely—across the moments that shape your home-ownership journey.
