Sparrow customers have been invited to join the Customer Scrutiny Panel (CSP), a customer-led group set up to ensure customers’ views are at the heart of the organisation.

We are excited to share we've recruited our Customer Scrutiny Panel (CSP). This dedicated team will ensure that the views and priorities of our customers are central to our continuous improvement efforts and performance goals.
The CSP will conduct in-depth service reviews and provide valuable recommendations, helping us to deliver even better services to you.
