Information we publish

You have a right to know how your home is run. So, this page brings together everything we publish about how we make decisions, spend money, look after buildings and perform. It also tells you how to ask for anything that isn't here.

Why this page exists

From 1 October 2026, every housing provider regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing has to publish this information openly. The rules are called the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements, or STAIRs for short.

Our customer policies include complaints, anti-social behaviour, remedies, vulnerable customers and data protection.

Read our policies

Some Sparrow homes are in buildings run by a managing agent or freeholder.

The law requires us to share some information about our homes and sales with government and our regulator.

  • CORE. When we sell a shared ownership home, we send details of the sale to the government's CORE system (COntinuous REcording). It's used to build national housing statistics.

  • Statistical Data Return. Each year we tell the Regulator of Social Housing how many homes we own and manage, and where.

  • The register of providers. We're on the Regulator of Social Housing's public register.
