Tenant Satisfaction Measures

In April 2023, the Social Housing Regulator launched Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). These measures ensure customers can evaluate how well their landlord is performing, provide landlords with valuable feedback on areas for improvement, and help the Regulator identify which landlords might need to enhance their services.
